They even have their own playground in the Terrasserie Restaurant. Our philosophy is sustainability, connection with the region and the use of natural resources and their transformation into high quality products. All the fruits from Tropenhaus and our own breed of sturgeon are used in both of our restaurants. This includes exciting regional products from sustainable production. Your visit to our restaurants and our bar are also possible even without visiting the exhibition.
